CIRCULARS
Circulars:-Circulars are
main to convey the same information to a large number of people. Such
information is usually of general nature and not confidently. Circulars are
circulated among the membrane of the staff concerned with the subject they deal
with and their signature taken on a sheet of paper. It ensure that those
members and cannot later claimed to be Ignorant.
# USES OF CIRCULARS:-
(i) To
give Information about new procedure and policy.
(ii) To
inform about the changes in the working hour of the office, library or canteen.
(iii) To
give importance about certain aspect of office conduct.
(iv) To
inform the employees about changes in rule and regulations like medical rules,
LIC rules etc.
(v) To
invite application form the employees for promotion etc.

GUIDELINES FOR WRITING CIRCULARS:-
(i) A
circular should be on the companies letter head.
(ii) Maintain
the circulars number and the date.
(iii) Ma
(iv) Mention
the subject clearly.
(v) It
ensure that the circulars contain complete and correct information.
(vi) Use
very simple language.
(vii) The
circular should be signed. The designing of the issuing authority should be
clearly mention.
(viii) Enclose
the list on which the employ signature are to be taken if the list is not long
then mention the name on the same page clearly mentioned ‘ copy to’.
